Launching the Fresh Thoughts Digital Programme: Your New Hub for Collaboration

We are absolutely delighted to welcome you to the official online centre for the Fresh Thoughts initiative!

This new website is much more than a digital notice board; it is the vital hub that will allow Soroptimist International clubs across the programme to access resources, share best practice, and collaborate directly as we work to support women and girls affected by Domestic Abuse.

What is the Fresh Thoughts Booklet?

For those new to the project, the Fresh Thoughts booklet is a crucial, adaptable resource created by Soroptimist International to assist front-line workers—from police to medical staff and charity employees.

Developed following in-depth research, including observations within safe houses and Domestic Abuse Courts, the booklet ensures that workers have quick, localised access to essential support pathways and contact information specific to their region. It is a practical tool designed to ensure women in crisis receive immediate and relevant support.

Your Club Portal: Secure Access, Seamless Collaboration

To manage the rollout of the Fresh Thoughts booklet and ensure every club is working with the most current information, we have launched a secure portal system.

Every participating SI club now has its own unique, private online hub.

Here is what your club portal allows you to do:

• Secure Downloads: Access and download the latest, official localised version of the Fresh Thoughts booklet for your club's area, along with supporting materials and guidance notes.

• News and Updates: Stay informed with the most recent news from the SI Fresh Thoughts Team.

• The Private Community Forum: This is the collaborative heart of the initiative! Use the dedicated forum to chat to other clubs, share your successes and implementation strategies, and ask the core team questions directly. This is where we learn from each other and continually improve the programme.

Find Your Portal and Join the Conversation!

The launch of this website marks a major step in scaling the Fresh Thoughts initiative, allowing us to build a strong, informed community of Soroptimists tackling this serious issue.

We invite all participating clubs to find their unique portal access point on the site and explore the new resources.

Are you ready to access your club’s resources and share your progress? We look forward to seeing you in the forum!
